Shipping

Every order is carefully packed by me in Madrid and shipped using a secure, fully tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days of purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders within Spain typically arrive within a few working days, while European and international deliveries may take longer. Please keep in mind that delivery times can occasionally vary due to busy periods, carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

As these charges vary by country, I recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you’re unsure what may apply.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn and with any original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is incorrect or is found not to be authentic in accordance with My Archive Affair’s Authenticity Guarantee.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet My Archive Affair’s return conditions may be declined and sent back to the customer.

Condition & Vintage Pieces

All pieces at My Archive Affair are vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Due to their nature, subtle signs of wear may be present and are part of each piece’s history.

Every item is carefully inspected before being listed, and any noticeable signs of wear or imperfections will always be clearly photographed and described in the product listing so you know what to expect before purchasing.

Shipping Responsibility

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of My Archive Affair’s control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
